Welcome to Queensworth Hair. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are using the site under supervision of a parent or guardian
3. Products & Services
Queensworth Hair provides luxury 100% human hair wigs, bundles, and beauty services.
Product Disclaimer
• Some wigs are handmade and come pre styled and may have slight variations
• Hair colour may appear different due to lighting/screens
• Lengths are measured when stretched
• Density and weight are approximate
We do not guarantee identical replication for custom or pre styled units.
4. Orders & Acceptance
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• You will receive an email once your order is accepted
• We reserve the right to:
• Refuse any order
• Limit quantities
• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions
5. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in EUR (€)
• Payments must be made in full at checkout
• We use secure third-party payment providers
Pricing Policy
• Prices may change without notice
• Sale prices are temporary
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout (cannot be added after)
6. Processing Time
- Ready to ship wigs: 1-2 business days
- Custom wigs: 5–14 business days
7. Return and refund policy
Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the nature of wigs, all items must meet strict hygiene standards.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted if:
- The item is unused
- The item is unworn
- The lace is uncut
- Product is in its original packaging
✅ All items can be returned except:
- Pre-styled wigs
- Custom-made wigs
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or installed wigs
- Pre-styled wigs
- Custom wigs
- Altered products (cut, dyed, styled)
- Sale items
Return Request Window
You must contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery to request a return.
Inspection Process
All returned items are inspected. If the product does not meet return criteria, it will be returned to you.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Incorrect items
- Defective or faulty products

Important: Always use a trackable shipping service to ensure your package is insured. Queensworth Hair is not responsible for items lost during transit if non-trackable shipping is used.

Important Customer Notice
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns or exchanges.
- Packages sent via trackable shipping are insured, reducing the risk of loss or damage.
- Queensworth Hair is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit if a non-trackable method is used.
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Cancellations (Orders)
• Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
• Custom orders are non-cancellable
10. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
• Images
• Videos
• Logos
• Product descriptions
are owned by Queensworth Hair and may not be used without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Queensworth Hair is not liable for:
• Improper installation or handling of products
• Allergic reactions or misuse
• Indirect or incidental damages
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
