Return and refund policy


Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to the nature of wigs, all items must meet strict hygiene standards.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is unworn
  • The lace is uncut
  • Product is in its original packaging

✅ All items can be returned except:

  • Pre-styled wigs
  • Custom-made wigs

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or installed wigs
  • Pre-styled wigs
  • Custom wigs
  • Altered products (cut, dyed, styled)
  • Sale items 

Return Request Window

You must contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery to request a return.


Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected. If the product does not meet return criteria, it will be returned to you.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Incorrect items
  • Defective or faulty products

Important: Always use a trackable shipping service to ensure your package is insured. Queensworth Hair is not responsible for items lost during transit if non-trackable shipping is used.
